Description
Anna Kamikado, also known by the surname Mikado, is a prominent character in Inazuma Eleven: Orion no Kokuin. She initially holds the position of student council president at Raimon, a role that places her in charge of managing all school clubs. Her authoritative and organized demeanor is evident from her first interactions with the team, which come across as cold and critical, leading to some conflict with the players.

Despite her stern exterior, Anna possesses a deeply caring and thoughtful side. Her motivations are complex; while she initially threatens to disband the soccer club after a defeat, she is shaken by Coach Zhao Jinyun's insinuations about her own responsibility and potential hidden feelings for the sport. This encounter prompts a significant change in her role, as she decides to become a manager for Inakuni Raimon, supporting the team she once judged.

In her role as manager, Anna carries out essential duties such as taking photos of the players for their official licences. Her personality in this capacity remains direct and no-nonsense, as shown when she refuses a player's request to retake an unflattering photo, stating it accurately represents his personality. Her character development is closely tied to her relationship with Nosaka Yuuma. Anna displays genuine concern and care for Nosaka upon learning he has a brain tumor, taking risks to learn more about his condition. Her feelings deepen to the point of a near-confession, which is interrupted by Nosaka revealing his upcoming operation. In this emotional moment, her composed mask slips to reveal her vulnerability and affection, as she smiles and blushes with tears in her eyes.

Anna does not possess soccer-playing abilities like the team members, but her notable skills are managerial. She is organized, efficient, and perceptive, capable of seeing the true nature of the players she supports. Her title, the Empress of Raimon, reflects her commanding presence and the respect she commands, which is further emphasized by the meaning of her surname, an archaic term for an emperor.
