Description
The Knight Leader is the captain and leader of the Knights of England, one of the three major powers in the United Kingdom alongside the Royal Family and the Anglican Church. He is a British noble whose true name has never been revealed. Born into a noble family, he rose through the ranks to his position through skill and dedication. He is characterized as noble and chivalrous, exuding elegance and placing great importance on proper etiquette and manners. He maintains a close friendship with William Orwell, who later becomes the saint known as Acqua of the Back. During the English Magic Civil War, the Knight Leader allies with the second princess, Carissa, which puts him in opposition to the third princess, Villian, a person he would normally regard as a friend. This alignment stems from his commitment to the balance of power among the three factions governing Britain. In combat, he employs a distinctive form of magic called Pattern Magic, which integrates and condenses almost all martial arts from around the world into a few simple variations. He analyzed the underlying principles of legendary magical weapons such as Gungnir, Mjölnir, Fragarach, and Brionac and incorporated them into his swordplay. His swordsmanship is highly precise, targeting an opponent's vitals with accuracy. However, his technique has notable limitations: he cannot use two patterns at the same time, and his sword requires a large amount of telesma or blood to reach its full potential. Throughout the story, he remains a steadfast figure, guided by his sense of duty and the chivalric ideals he upholds.
