His background involves creating artificial humanoids like Wukong Impulse Gundam to protect their world. While Sanzang wanted them to develop hearts and live peacefully, Qiongqi sought to wield them as weapons. This ideological clash drove him to partner with Sima Yi to manipulate Wukong; they fused three humanoids—Wukong, Sha Wujing Silhouette, and Zhu Bajie Silhouette—into one entity, implanting false memories of Wukong murdering the others. Qiongqi's ultimate goal is triggering the emergence of the Dark Star, a celestial body capable of destroying planets.
