Orphia is a High Elf born and raised within Spirit Village, a hidden community of spirit folk—including beastkin, elves, and dwarves—west of the Strahl Region. She holds a revered position just below the oldest elders like Ursula, respected as a princess-like figure by all villagers. Her expertise lies in spirit arts, cultivated through lifelong dedication.
Graceful and elegant in appearance, Orphia possesses light green hair and cyan eyes, carrying herself with unwavering dignity. Typically quiet and polite, she reveals expressive warmth during village festivals, particularly concerning her feelings for Haruto Amakawa. She flusters when he addresses her informally.
Her primary abilities include advanced spirit arts and a contractual bond with Aerial, a spirit manifesting as a giant eagle. Aerial adjusts size to transport multiple people, enabling flight, though village customs forbid public spirit summoning. Orphia also specializes in long-range archery. Against humans, she avoids overt spirit arts, relying solely on archery—a limitation leading to her defeat and capture by Charles Arbor. He restrains her with a magic-sealing collar while remarking on her beauty.
Orphia’s narrative unfolds when Spirit Village misidentifies Haruto and Latifa as threats. Recognizing Haruto’s protective intent, she joins Sara and Alma in hosting him as reparation. She mentors Haruto in spirit arts, curbing his reliance on magic imitation. During an assault on Galarc Kingdom, she defies protocols by summoning Aerial to seek reinforcements for Haruto.
Later, she departs Spirit Village with Haruto, Miharu Ayase, Sara, Alma, and Latifa to investigate Satsuki Sumeragi’s summoning, using Aerial for group flight. Orphia shares close friendships with Sara, Alma, and Uzuma, often collaborating on cooking for village events. She harbors romantic feelings for Haruto and occasionally teases Sara about their mutual affection. Beyond combat, she excels at cooking and sewing—crafting her own attire and frequently requesting recipes from Haruto’s travels.
