Yukina Shutō is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Ōita Prefecture, born on December 19. She is affiliated with the talent agency Raccoon Dog, having moved there in 2022 after the closure of her previous agency, Pro-Fit's, artist management division.

Shutō is a graduate of the Pro-Fit Voice Actor Training School. Her path to a voice acting career was marked by early recognition when, in 2014, she was one of the winners in the voice acting category of the 3rd Seiyū Damashī, a national contest for aspiring voice actors. Her first major, career-defining role came in October 2017 when she was cast as Haru Urara in the sprawling multimedia franchise Uma Musume Pretty Derby, a role she has since reprised across its anime adaptations, video games, and live events. This character, based on a real-life racehorse famous for her losing streak, became a symbol of perseverance and significantly raised Shutō's profile.

Following her breakthrough, Shutō has secured a variety of prominent roles in both anime and games. She voices Shizuku Hyōdō in the Idoly Pride multimedia project, appearing in its 2021 anime adaptation and mobile game. In 2021, she was cast as Orphia in the anime Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles, a role she continued in its second season. That same year, she also began voicing Mahiru Mizuhara in World's End Harem. In 2023, she took on the role of Shirayuki Himeji in the anime Liar Liar. Her filmography also includes a wide range of other roles, such as Momoko Yanagi in Jellyfish Can't Swim in the Night, Chikage Nanase in World Dai Star, and Rika Morofuji in Classroom of the Elite. In video games, her work extends to voicing characters like Bluegill in Azur Lane, Himena Aika in Magia Record, iDoll Sun in Goddess of Victory: Nikke, and Panette in Fire Emblem Engage.

Beyond acting, Shutō is also a singer. She is a member of the voice actor unit Prima Porta, which debuted in 2019. Her skills outside of performance include playing the violin, and she holds a tokudaisei (advanced degree) in calligraphy and a 2nd dan rank in kendo. Her recent and upcoming projects include roles in the 2025 anime series A Wild Last Boss Appeared! as Aries and Anyway, I'm Falling in Love with You. as a younger version of the character Airu Izumi.
