Description
Masahiko Okamura is a young boy who appears in the alternate reality known as the World of Amazon within the series Kamen Rider Decade. He is a fourth-grade student whose father died about one year before the arrival of the organization Dai-Shocker. To escape the emotional pain of his loss, Masahiko enrolls in the Shocker School that has been established in his world, where he becomes indoctrinated into the group's ideology. His motivation is largely driven by a desire to find belonging and purpose after his father's death, leading him to embrace Dai-Shocker's cause.

In the story, Masahiko serves as a supporting character during the two-episode arc focused on the World of Amazon. He is initially a cooperative student of the Shocker School and participates in a mission to locate a hideout. After the mission succeeds, the villain Apollo Geist appears and attempts to destroy the Riders along with Masahiko. At this critical moment, Masahiko expresses a strong belief that a great member of Shocker should not abandon himself, indicating his deep loyalty to the organization. His role puts him at odds with the visiting Riders, including Kamen Rider Decade and the Amazon of that world.

Masahiko's key relationships include his connection to the Riders, particularly the Amazon, who represents a counterforce to Dai-Shocker. His interactions with Tsukasa Kadoya and others challenge his worldview. Over the course of the arc, Masahiko's development is tied to his confrontation with Apollo Geist and the potential for him to question his allegiance. However, his ultimate fate is left ambiguous, with his loyalty to Dai-Shocker remaining strong in the face of danger.

Notable abilities are limited; Masahiko is an ordinary child without superhuman powers. He relies on the training and resources provided by the Shocker School. His significance in the narrative lies in illustrating how Dai-Shocker recruits and influences vulnerable individuals, as well as serving as a moral obstacle for the Riders who must decide how to handle a young, indoctrinated enemy.
