A scientist of immense genius, he is the creator of the Airborne Element Fixing Device, a revolutionary invention that allows its user to manipulate and solidify the very elements of the air, enabling incredible transformations and abilities. He is the father and creator of the main protagonist, Honey Kisaragi, as well as her two fellow androids, Miki Saotome and Yuki Kenmochi. He modeled these three sisters after his own deceased biological daughter, seeking to bring new life from his grief.
