Takashi Taniguchi was a Japanese voice actor born in Hokkaido, Japan, on July 5, 1947. At the time of his death, he was affiliated with the talent management firm Office Ōsawa. He passed away on December 27, 2012.

Taniguchi's career spanned several decades, with active voice work from the 1980s through the early 2010s. His body of work included roles in anime television series, animated films, and Japanese dubs of foreign live-action productions. He was also known for his work in video games and commercials.

In anime, Taniguchi took on a wide variety of roles. Some of his notable performances included Montblanc Cricket in the long-running series One Piece, King Ingobert the Sixth in Tales of the Abyss, and Harry Anders in Hellsing. He also voiced Godai Sanzo in Saiyuki Reload: Burial and Sanada Awano-kami Masayuki in Shinshaku Sengoku Eiyū Densetsu - Sanada Jū Yūshi The Animation. His film work included roles in Tales of Vesperia: The First Strike as Nylen Fedrock and in the Case Closed film The Fourteenth Target as Hiroki Tsuji.

Beyond anime, Taniguchi was highly active in dubbing foreign films and television series into Japanese. He was a frequent voice actor for American actor Tommy Lee Jones in several of his films. He also voiced the character of Bobby Singer in the Japanese dub of the TV series Supernatural, a role he later reprised for Supernatural: The Anime Series. Other notable dubbing credits included providing the voice of Sarge in the Toy Story film series and various characters in the Back to the Future trilogy for video and DVD releases.

One of his most recognized roles in Japan was providing the voice of Alien Jones, the character portrayed by Tommy Lee Jones, in a long-running series of commercials for Suntory's BOSS coffee.
