Description
Hattori is the primary antagonist in Sukeban Deka: The Movie, serving as the evil headmaster of Sankou Academy, a private school located on a remote island known as Hell's Castle. His background reveals a more complex and dangerous history than that of a simple school administrator. He is revealed to be a former revolutionary leader named Jishu Kita, who was believed to have been killed by the Dark Inspector five years prior to the events of the film. His survival and return as Hattori mark him as a resurrected threat with a history of political extremism.

In terms of personality, Hattori is depicted as a ruthless and tyrannical figure. His primary motivation is to stage a fascist coup d'état in Japan. To achieve this goal, he uses his position at Sankou Academy to kidnap and brainwash the students, turning them into a loyal, mind-controlled personal army. He commands his forces from his island fortress, showing no regard for the well-being of the children under his control, as demonstrated when he orders a helicopter attack on unarmed teenagers and has students lobotomized.

Hattori plays a crucial role in the story as the central obstacle that forces the retired Sukeban Deka, Yoko Godai (Saki Asamiya), back into action. His plan to overthrow the government sets the plot in motion, and his actions, such as killing the escapee Kazuo Hagiwara, raise the personal stakes for the protagonist. Hattori also has a key relationship as the former adversary of the Dark Inspector, who defeated him in the past. He is also supported by a mysterious political fixer known only as the Mastermind, who finances and aids his coup attempt.

A significant development in the character is his physical transformation. During his final duel with Saki, Hattori is revealed to be a cyborg, equipped with deadly built-in weapons, including an arm cannon that can fire lethal darts. This technological augmentation makes him a formidable physical opponent, capable of defeating Saki in their first encounter. His notable abilities include his combat prowess enhanced by his cyborg body, his strategic mind for plotting a large-scale political takeover, and his capacity for cruelty, as seen in his use of electric torture on captives and his casual willingness to harm children. In the final confrontation, Hattori is ultimately defeated and killed by Saki Asamiya using an upgraded, high-powered yo-yo that delivers a fatal electric shock.
