Tokishirō Toyokawa is Himeno Toyokawa's father. After his Tokyo-based company went bankrupt, ending his salaryman career, he relocated with Himeno to his hometown of Tajimi city in Gifu Prefecture, which was also the hometown of his late wife. There, he now runs a café and restaurant. He utilizes the café space to display numerous ceramic mugs crafted by his deceased wife, who passed away when Himeno was four years old and was a respected local potter.

He embraces Tajimi's pottery heritage and his wife's legacy, actively supporting Himeno's decision to join her high school's pottery club and explore ceramic art. He manages the café with assistance from Sachie Tokikawa, Himeno's grandmother. Tokishirō has brown eyes and shoulder-length brown hair. He is frequently seen wearing an apron, a bandana, and glasses. His birthday is September 1.
