During a baseball game, the confident Wendy Crawford makes a bold wager with the opposing team's pitcher, Ryuuji. She bets her virginity that he cannot strike her out. However, Ryuuji is replaced by Sandy Bash, the ace of her team who is known for using her looks to distract opponents by playing in nothing but a skimpy bikini. Sandy wins the bet and is eager to claim her prize from Wendy.

This competition establishes the central dynamic between Wendy Crawford and Sandy Bash, two athletes who are also romantic rivals. Following this incident, Sandy agrees to go on a date with the catcher Ryuuji. When Sandy suddenly becomes preoccupied with work, she arranges for Wendy to go on the date in her place as a substitute.

The original manga was created by the artist Rakko, who had a twenty-year career illustrating adult manga. The Suketto Sanjō!! series, also known as Sukketo Sanjō!!, was published as short chapters in the Mechashiko Seven anthology of adult manga in 2010, with a standalone version released in 2019. It was later serialized by GOT and published in Comic ExE 9 magazine in the November 2017 issue. The series also inspired a two-episode adult OVA adaptation released in 2020, animated by Studio Seven and produced by Pink Pineapple.
