Needyga Plus is a four-panel manga adaptation of the psychological drama game Needy Girl Overdose, also known as Needy Streamer Overload. The story shifts its focus from the original game's solitary protagonist to the chaotic dynamics of a new streaming unit called Karamazov. Set against the backdrop of the modern internet age, the manga explores the pressures, delusions, and desperate pursuit of online fame. The central conflict revolves around three aspiring streamers struggling to maintain their fabricated personas while their real-life personalities and relationships crumble under the weight of viewer expectations and their own fragile egos.

The main characters are the members of Karamazov. Purple Lollipop is the group's leader, striving to hold the unit together amid escalating dysfunction. Michika Gokubara is another member whose polished exterior often clashes with the unit's reality, and Nechika-sama completes the trio with her own obsessive quirks. They are frequently observed or antagonized by Kache, a vocational school student who works at a themed concept café and whose own hidden motives slowly come into play. The manga unfolds in weekly installments, with each strip presenting a new, often darkly comedic vignette about the perils of performative streaming, parasocial relationships, and the addictive need for validation in a hyper-connected world.
