A university idol named Meii Takeuchi appears perfect to everyone on campus, excelling in both beauty and academics. However, she hides a secret life working as a men's esthetician in the room next door. The only person who knows this secret is Kawasaki, a student who has no friends and keeps to himself.

After Kawasaki discovers what Meii really does for work, she begins to hang out in his room as if it were her own. In public they act like strangers, but in private they share a strange, sweet cohabitation that stops just short of a real romantic relationship. Meii makes him a dangerous promise: if he can keep her secret for the entire four years of university, she will give him something special.

As the story unfolds, Kawasaki's room becomes a gathering place not only for Meii but for other women working as men's estheticians who each carry their own secrets. His once ordinary college life gradually transforms as his room turns into a central waiting room where these women come to rest between their shifts.
