A high school girl named Kyoko Murata appears before Kyotaro Murata, the chairman of the World Economic Association who secretly controls the Sowa Rengo yakuza organization. Kyoko is Kyotaros only daughter. At the same time, Katsuzo Wakamatsu, a fighter from the Kobe Anzai-gumi that was absorbed by Sowa, is released from prison for the first time in nineteen years, threatening to reignite a war between the Kanto and Kansai criminal factions. This encounter sets the stage for a new chapter in the Murata bloodline.

The narrative then shifts twenty years after the death of the legendary Kyotaro Murata. His son, Kyoichi Murata, visits his fathers grave alongside his grandmother and mother. There, they encounter the man who once fought with Kyotaro and ultimately took his life. The story follows how Kyoichi, having inherited the fierce Murata genes, acts in the presence of his fathers enemy, rising to claim his legacy as the fourth generation of his lineage.
