The protagonist is a pastry chef specializing in chocolate confections who works at a Western-style dessert shop. She is deeply addicted to an otome game known for its gorgeous sweets. One day, she suddenly finds herself in an unfamiliar world, witnessing desserts that have been mercilessly thrown onto the floor. Horrified by such waste, she realizes she has been reincarnated as Azalea Magnifique, the ten-year-old villainess of that same otome game, who inexplicably treats the sweets she once loved with disrespect.

Determined to make the most of her second chance, she resolves to enjoy the world's desserts and once again aim to become a pastry chef. At a party held shortly after her reincarnation, she meets a boy who stubbornly refuses to eat anything sweet. After arguing with him, she manages to get him to reluctantly try her homemade confections, discovering he does not truly hate sweets. The story follows Azalea as she navigates her new life, using her skills as a chocolatier to interact with the game's handsome characters. After a successful sweets date with Wisteria that resolves misunderstandings with another character named Noah, Wisteria gives Azalea a matching bracelet and calls her an important person, causing her to become more conscious of her own feelings. However, when Wisteria stops attending school after their date, Azalea grows anxious. With encouragement from friends like Lily, who becomes interested in baking, and Heath, she tries to stay positive. During the school's traditional tea party, she spots Wisteria but sees a beautiful young lady standing next to him, setting up a new complication.
