Description
A young girl from the countryside named Allie Abel dreams of becoming a witch so she can use magic to make people happy. To achieve her goal, she seeks out Yoshino-York, a witch who lives on a hill outside of town, hoping to become her apprentice. However, Allie is surprised to discover that Yoshino runs an ordinary flower shop and firmly believes that true happiness does not require magic. This philosophical conflict forms the heart of the story, as Allie is assigned to work at the flower shop and begins to learn how to create happiness with her own hands, rather than through spells.
The narrative follows Allie as she navigates life in the flower shop, taking on various tasks that challenge her initial expectations of what it means to be a witch. Through her interactions with Yoshino and the townspeople, she learns subtle lessons about kindness, community, and the simple joys found in everyday life. The manga balances comedic moments with a gentle, slice-of-life fantasy atmosphere, exploring themes of purpose and the many ways people can bring light to others without relying on supernatural means.
