Maho Itou works as an assistant director on adult film shoots, driving the distinctive Magic Mirror van—a vehicle with a one-way mirrored wall used for filming—between locations. He is an ordinary man in an unglamorous job until he falls asleep at the wheel and crashes, only to awaken in a fantasy world. This new realm is under the quiet control of an organization called Mojo, which seeks to eliminate sex from the world entirely.

Stranded in this repressive society, Maho discovers his purpose: to reclaim the joy of sex by bringing the people of this world into his van. The vehicle proves to be a powerful tool, and Maho finds allies in a large-breasted princess and a perverted nun named Anastasia. Together, they form an unlikely party on a sexual journey to fight against Mojo's influence. The dungeon is filled with monsters that have been strengthened by Mojo’s miasma, forcing Maho and Anastasia to fight their way through. To clear the corruption and survive, they must once again rely on the magic of the Magic Mirror van's interior. The story follows Maho and his companions as they navigate dungeons, fight augmented monsters, and counter Mojo's plot to cleanse the world of sex, one encounter inside the van at a time.
