Kiui Watase, a reclusive streamer who became a hikikomori after being bullied, now claims to be the greatest VTuber, Nox Ryūgasaki. Finally, Mei "Kim Anouk" Takanashi is a mysterious composer who simply wants to support her favorite idol. Together, they form an anonymous artist group named JELEE. Mahiru, inspired by Kano who defended her abandoned mural, takes on the role of JELEE's illustrator under the alias Yoru Umitsuki. As they create music and videos, they aim to shine in a way none of them can alone, hoping to free themselves from the shackles of their pasts and turn their anonymous project into a global hit.
