Description
Shiori Miyagi, a loner high school student with few friends, lives on a modest allowance and occupies the bottom rung of the school social hierarchy. Once a week, she pays her popular classmate Hazuki Sendai five thousand yen for three hours of her time. During these sessions, Shiori has the right to give Hazuki any order she wishes, and Hazuki must obey. At first the commands are mundane, but one day Shiori asks Hazuki to remove her socks and lick her feet. To Shiori’s surprise, Hazuki complies without hesitation, and Shiori begins to wonder how long this arrangement can last.
As the weekly meetings continue, the transactional nature of their relationship slowly gives way to something more complicated. Shiori, guarded and reserved, uses the contract as a shield to keep emotional distance, while Hazuki, outwardly cheerful and accommodating, seems to accept the role with an unsettling willingness. Their interactions range from mundane activities like watching videos or eating together to increasingly intimate and personal requests. Over time, Shiori becomes aware of her own growing attachment, and Hazuki’s true feelings begin to surface.
The story follows the two girls through high school and into university. Later arcs introduce a shift in the dynamic when the contract is revisited and eventually dissolved as they start living together under one roof, exploring the boundaries of a relationship no longer defined by money. Supporting characters such as Shiori’s friend Maika and Hazuki’s classmate Utsunomiya provide external perspectives on the evolving bond. Notable narrative threads include the confrontation with Noto-senpai, a school festival episode that marks a turning point in their public acknowledgment of each other, and the gradual erosion of Shiori’s emotional walls as Hazuki persistently seeks a genuine connection beyond the weekly fee. The series balances moments of tension, quiet intimacy, and darkly humorous banter, ultimately charting the transformation of a paid arrangement into a sincere romance.
