A short, naive girl named Yasushii has a deep love for teddy bears and carries a heavy sense of guilt over the death of her classmate Igarashi Yuu. When Yuu’s ghost appears and decides to take up residence inside her beloved teddy bear, Yasushii’s ordinary life is thrown into a strange and romantic upheaval. The ghostly boy living in a plush toy forces them into close quarters, blending comedy with the emotional weight of unresolved feelings and second chances. Their relationship develops amid the awkwardness of having a dead boy share her most cherished possession.

The manga also contains two additional short stories. In “Boy-Girl,” a girl named Sakura is frequently mistaken for a boy because she refuses to wear the female school uniform, and a male student named Fujiki develops a crush on her under the impression that she is male. In “Chisana Koro Kana,” Tomoe feels overshadowed by her older brother Akirou’s outgoing and cheerful personality, and she is tired of being introduced only as his younger sister. The story explores their sibling dynamics and the possibility of reconciliation. All three narratives are bound by themes of mistaken identity, hidden feelings, and the transformative power of unexpected relationships.
