During a rugby match, Oda Yuuji, a player for the chronically winless Bentendo University rugby club, finally has the chance to score the team's first-ever try. Just before he can cross the goal line, a brutal collision kills him instantly. Unable to accept that he never managed to achieve that one try, Yuuji's spirit lingers as a ghost, unable to move on. An elderly spirit appears and instructs him on how to resolve his unfinished business: inhabit the body of someone who has just died and live again to fulfill his goal. Yuuji follows this advice and enters a body in a hospital morgue, only to discover that his new host is a young woman named Himegami Akane. Now trapped in a female body, Yuuji must navigate life as Akane while returning to Bentendo University's rugby team, this time as a female player, in order to finally score his long-awaited try. The story blends rugby sports drama with supernatural comedy, body-swap themes, and romantic tension, as Yuuji—with a man's mind and a woman's body—struggles to regain his place on the field and achieve his one unfulfilled dream. Along the way, the team faces rival universities, internal conflicts, and the bizarre consequences of Yuuji's second chance at life.
