On the official website of the animation studio Wolfsbane, the main cast and staff for the TV anime of Konoe and Kenji Taguchi's Isekai One Turn Kill Nee-san: Ane Douhan no Isekai Seikatsu Hajimemashita (One Turn Kill Elder Sister in Another World: I Began Living in Another World with My Elder Sister) were announced on Wednesday. The anime is set to premiere in 2023.

The cast includes Yuki Sakakihara as Asahi Ikusaba, Haruka Shiraishi as Maya Ikusaba, and Ami Koshimizu as Kilmaria.

Hiroaki Takagi is directing the anime, Ryouhei Kashii is in charge of series composition, and Yuji Hamada is the character designer.
