The scene shifts to the Shibuya Expressway, where it is revealed that the barrier keeping sorcerers at bay has fallen. Mei Mei and Ui Ui discuss the consequences and conclude that only two barriers remain: one trapping Gojo and another trapping ordinary people. They decide to return to Ino.

Meanwhile, Ino finds himself in a precarious situation. He is not doing well but is still alive. Itadori and Fushiguro discuss their next steps and agree that Gojo is their top priority. They decide to split up, with Itadori taking Ino outside the barrier for medical treatment.

A confrontation ensues between Kugisaki and an enemy holding a woman hostage. Despite the enemy's techniques, Kugisaki holds her ground but is eventually overwhelmed. At that moment, Nanami appears and effortlessly defeats the enemy, who turns out to be a Grade 1 sorcerer.

Back at Shibuya Station, Itadori and Ijichi find the station deserted. They discuss Gojo's situation and decide to wait for rescue.
