The episode begins with Satoru Gojo fighting against Jogo and other cursed spirits. Gojo changes his strategy and focuses on compact attacks using cursed energy manipulation. Jogo and his allies attempt to counter Gojo's techniques with domain amplification, but Gojo proves to be too versatile and powerful.

Meanwhile, Choso intervenes in the battle, forcing Jogo to adopt a fleeing tactic. Gojo notices that the number of people who cannot see the cursed spirits is dwindling, making it easier for him to target Jogo. He admits that he cannot save everyone but vows to exorcise the cursed spirits.

The episode then shifts to the Meiji Shrine station, where a train full of transformed humans arrives. Gojo becomes aware of this new development and realizes the situation has escalated.

Back in the fight, Gojo deploys a brief domain expansion: Infinite Void, which renders all standing humans unconscious. He then kills approximately 1,000 transformed humans in less than five minutes. Just as Gojo seems to gain the upper hand, he is confronted by someone who appears to be Suguru Geto, his former friend.

This person reveals that they have taken over Geto's body and thanks Gojo for not properly disposing of the corpse, allowing them to inhabit it. They then activate the Prison Realm, a living barrier, to seal Gojo away.
