The official Twitter account for the anime series "My One-Hit Kill Sister" has revealed the musical talent behind the show's theme song and its premiere date. The virtual girl group VALIS will perform the ending song "Mukyū Platonic" (Forever Platonic), and the series will debut on Tokyo MX Channel on April 8, with additional broadcasts on BS Fuji and other channels.

High school student Asahi Ikusaba is transported to another world where he reunites with his older sister Maya. Despite his knowledge of video games and fantasy worlds, Asahi is physically weak, while Maya possesses the ultimate cheat ability and a sibling complex.

The promising cast includes Yuki Sakakihara as Asahi, Haruka Shiraishi as Maya, Ami Koshimizu as Kilmaria, Rio Tsuchiya as Tanya, Azumi Waki as Sophie, Sora Tokui as Gloria, Konomi Kohara as Kuon, and Yūma Uchida as Siegfried.

The light novel series "Isekai One Turn Kill Nee-san: Ane Dohan no Isekai Seikatsu Hajimemashita" was written by Konoe in December 2019 and adapted into a manga by Kenji Taguchi and Konoe in March 2020.
