Shouto Kashii is a Japanese voice actor born on July 25, 1968, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent management firm 81 Produce, having joined the agency in 2006 after a previous association with Mausu Promotion. Kashii began his career in the voice acting industry in the late 1990s following training at the Ezaki Production training school. He is recognized for his versatile vocal range, which spans from bass to tenor, allowing him to portray a wide variety of characters, often in supporting roles.

Kashii's career encompasses numerous roles in anime television series, video games, and foreign language dubbing. In the long-running series Bleach, he is known for voicing multiple characters, including Marechiyo Ōmaeda and Rōjūrō Ōtoribashi. He reprised the role of Rōjūrō Ōtoribashi for the Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War anime. His other notable anime roles include the narrator in the 2019 remake of Fruits Basket, DJ Ito in Laid-Back Camp, various characters in the KonoSuba series, and Dabo the Cursed in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. In the Tomica Kizuna Gattai Earth Granner series, Kashii voiced both the character Dr. Bariki Kudō and his father, Manriki Kudō. Luffy's Pledge to His Friends as the character Sebastian, and to the series Intrigue in the Bakumatsu - Irohanihoheto as Kaishu Katsu.
