Nobuaki Kanemitsu is a Japanese voice actor and narrator affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. He was born on November 22, 1975, in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture. His career in the entertainment industry began in 1997, with his debut role in the anime Hani太郎 desu (It's Hani太郎). He was formerly affiliated with the agency Ginei Production, which was founded by voice actor Kinzo Matsuo, a senior he greatly respected.

Kanemitsu is known as a prolific character actor who primarily takes on supporting, minor, or villainous roles. His career is marked by a vast number of credits across numerous anime series, often voicing a wide range of characters in a single show, from background villagers and soldiers to authority figures and monsters.

Among his many roles, he has voiced Driscoll Berci, a cold-blooded Quincy, in the anime Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War. He is the voice of Pantonio in the Kira Kira Happy Hirake! Cocotama series and plays Tadashi Imagawa in the sports anime Mix: Meisei Story. His role as Geese Khan was announced for the Katayoku no Khronos Gear video anime in 2012. In the supernatural series Malevolent Spirits: Mononogatari, he voices Taiju Kadomori, the head of the Kyoto branch of the Saenome.
