Nobuaki Kanemitsu is a Japanese voice actor and narrator affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. He was born on November 22, 1975, in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture. His career in the entertainment industry began in 1997, with his debut role in the anime Hani太郎 desu (It's Hani太郎). He was formerly affiliated with the agency Ginei Production, which was founded by voice actor Kinzo Matsuo, a senior he greatly respected.

Kanemitsu is known as a prolific character actor who primarily takes on supporting, minor, or villainous roles.
