Yukiko Mannaka is a Japanese voice actress and narrator born December 6, 1976, in Hisai, Mie Prefecture, now part of the city of Tsu. She is affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production and is a graduate of the Aoni Juku Tokyo school, 16th class. Mannaka’s debut in the entertainment industry was providing the Japanese dub for the young Phoolan Devi in the biographical film Bandit Queen.

Mannaka is known for a body of work that spans television animation, original video animations, and video games, particularly during the late 1990s and 2000s. In television anime, her roles include Kaho Morii in Sentimental Graffiti, Wakaba Kutsuki in Green Green, and Miyuki Yabuki in Green Green. She also voiced Mogacho in Mamimume Mogacho, Sayoko Yamazaki in Moeyo Ken, and Ayana Saeki in Canary. Her other anime credits include Cocorico in Mahoromatic, Collette in Scrapped Princess, and additional roles in series like Excel Saga and Mao-chan. Later in her career, she appeared as Lissen and Emil in the 2015 series Sushi and Beyond and provided a guest voice in a 2019 episode of Case Closed.

Her extensive work in video games includes the role of Wakaba Kutsuki in the Green Green visual novels, as well as Kaho Morii in multiple entries of the Sentimental Graffiti franchise. She also voiced characters such as Reika Ranzaki in Milky Season, Yumiko Suwa in Graduation 2nd Generation, and Princess Leticia in the PSP version of Growlanser. In the early 2000s, she took on the role of Polo in the OVA series Generation of Chaos Next and Kanon in Kingdom of Chaos - Born to Kill.

Beyond voice acting, Mannaka has worked extensively as a narrator for programs on networks such as NHK and Fuji Television. She has also participated in radio programs, CD drama productions, and stage readings. Her known interests include cooking and reading, and she holds a certification in hand reflexology.
