Luca Dal Fabbro is an Italian actor and voice actor born in Rome on January 1, 1951. He comes from a family of actors, being the son of Nino Dal Fabbro and Vanna Polverosi. His career, which began in 1969, spans work in theatre, television, and film, but he is primarily renowned for his extensive voice dubbing work in both animation and live-action content for the Italian market.

In the realm of anime and animation, Dal Fabbro has lent his voice to a wide array of characters. Notably, he voiced the villain Nazaroff in the 1999 Italian dub of the Lupin III television special The Columbus Files, also known as Lupin III - L'amore da capo: Fujiko's Unlucky Days. He also provided the voice for the character Robozo in the Italian adaptation of the anime series Vampiyan Kids, titled I Vampiriani - Vampiri vegetariani. Another of his anime roles is Count Saint Germain in the Italian version of the Master of Mosquiton OAV series.

His other notable animated roles include Wayne in the Hotel Transylvania franchise, Randall Boggs in Monsters University, Bing Bong in Inside Out, and Chum in Finding Nemo.
