Susan Huber

Description
Susan Huber is an American voice actress recognized for her work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime series and films, particularly during the early 2000s. Born on April 21, 1971, in Washington, D.C., she was active in the voiceover industry, with much of her career associated with FUNimation Entertainment, a major studio for anime localization based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to her focus on anime dubbing, Huber worked at Radio Disney, a period of her career that ended when the studio relocated from Texas to California.

Huber is known for a range of character roles in several prominent anime franchises. In the Dragon Ball series, she provided voices for multiple characters, including Upa in the original Dragon Ball, Pan and Suno in Dragon Ball Z, and Videl in Dragon Ball GT. Her other notable anime credits include roles in Yu Yu Hakusho, where she voiced characters such as Sayaka, Yukina, and Rui, as well as parts in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood as Satella LeCoulte and in Samurai 7 as Chiaki. She also contributed additional voices to long-running series like Case Closed and Kodocha.

Her work extended to anime films, including two entries in the Lupin III franchise. In the 1998 film Lupin the Third: Crisis in Tokyo, she voiced the character Maria Isshiki. She also played the role of Sandy in the 2000 film Lupin III: Missed by a Dollar, the part specified in the query. Throughout her career, she occasionally used the alias Lucy Small for certain credits, such as her role as Madoka Kugimiya in the first season of Negima!. Notably, she is not related to fellow FUNimation voice actor Chuck Huber. Her body of work represents a period of significant growth in the English dubbing industry, contributing to the voices of many series that helped popularize anime in the West.
