Pauline Little is a Scottish-born Canadian actress who has built an extensive career in voice acting for animation, particularly in Montreal's dubbing industry. Born in Scotland to theatrical parents, she was raised in Montreal and developed an early interest in performing. She pursued this passion academically, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance from Concordia University in 1982, after which she began her professional career on stage before transitioning to film, television, and eventually voice work.

Little is known for providing voices for a wide array of animated series, many of which are English dubs of Japanese and European productions. Among her most recognized roles is the title character in the English adaptation of Maya the Bee, a part that made her a familiar voice to children in the 1980s and 1990s. She also voiced the character Lala in the anime series Jungle Book: Shōnen Mowgli. Her portrayal of the young protagonist Jackie Rhodes in the anime series The Bush Baby is another significant credit from this era. In the realm of fantasy adaptations, she provided the voice for Tinkerbell in Saban's Adventures of Peter Pan.

Beyond these leading roles, her voice can be heard in a multitude of other productions. She voiced Francine in the cult classic Samurai Pizza Cats and played the twins Lotus and Jasmine in The Little Flying Bears. She also had a recurring role as Grandma in the long-running children's series Caillou. Her filmography includes additional voices for numerous other shows, such as The Country Mouse and the City Mouse Adventures, The Kids from Room 402, and Martin Mystery, demonstrating her versatility and consistent presence in the industry.

Little's work has also extended into video games, with credits including providing voices for titles in the Jagged Alliance series and Assassin's Creed. Her performance as the Drunk Queen in the animated film The True Story of Puss 'N Boots earned her a Montreal ACTRA award, recognizing her excellence in voice performance. She is married to actor Mark Camacho, and they have two children, including actor Jesse Camacho.
