Moutier has built a significant career in dubbing, providing the French voice for a wide array of characters. In anime, she is recognized for her role as Cyrielle in the series Tenkū Senki Shurato. Her other notable work in animation includes voicing Jenna in the Balto film series, Susan Frankenstein in Frankenweenie, and various roles in series such as X-Men, where she voiced characters including Jubilee and Jean Grey, and Batman.

A major aspect of her career is her recurring collaborations with international actresses, for whom she is often the regular or semi-regular French dubbing voice.
