América Torres is a Mexican voice actress with a career in Latin American Spanish dubbing that began in 1995. She is recognized for her work in anime, providing voices for a range of characters across different series.

Among her notable anime roles is Suiu Fujiwara in the romantic comedy series Science Fell in Love, So I Tried to Prove It r=1-sinθ. She also voiced the character Washimi in the popular Netflix series Aggretsuko. Her other significant anime credits include Kiyomi Azumabito in Attack on Titan and Karasu in the series Conejo Samurái.

Beyond her work in front of the microphone, Torres has an extensive career as a voice director. She has directed the Latin American Spanish dubs for numerous series and films, including the Netflix version of Renewal of Evangelion, Evangelion: Death (True)² and The End of Evangelion, Trigun Stampede, Sasaki and Miyano, and Requiem of the Rose King, among many others. In addition to her work in dubbing, she has also been an educator for over a decade, teaching classes in acting and dubbing.
