Sebastián Rosas is an anime voice actor known for his work in English-language dubs of popular Japanese anime series and animated productions. He was born on February 18, 1968. His career encompasses a range of characters in major franchises, often voicing supporting or antagonistic roles.

One of his prominent recent roles is Ryan in the 2021 CGI anime series Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness, based on the Capcom video game franchise. That same year, he voiced the elf Filavandrel in the animated film The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf, a prequel to the live-action series. He has also been involved with the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure franchise, providing the voice for the character Sports MAX across multiple parts of the Stone Ocean arc from 2021 to 2022.

A significant recurring role in Rosas's career is Enji Koma, a supporting character and antagonist in the Tokyo Ghoul series.
