Shiori Tamada

Description
Shiori Tamada is a Japanese actress and talent who was born in Miyagi Prefecture on February 20, 2002. She is affiliated with the entertainment production company Oscar Promotion. Tamada first gained public recognition in August 2017 when she received the审查员特别奖 (Judges' Special Award) at the 15th Annual All-Japan National Beautiful Girl Contest, an event that drew over 80,000 applicants. Following this achievement, she was selected as the 19th Seifuku Beauty Girl and served as a support image character for the 90th Memorial Selection High School Baseball Tournament.

While Tamada is primarily known for her work as a live-action actress, she has one confirmed credit in the field of anime voice acting. She provided the voice for the character Nagi in the special anime short titled Shichigahama de Mitsuketa (I Found it in Shichigahama). This 20-minute animated project was produced by the town of Shichigahama in Miyagi Prefecture and streamed in March 2021 to mark the tenth anniversary of the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami. The short film focuses on the lessons learned from the disaster and the town's decade-long reconstruction process. This specific role connects directly to her place of birth, Miyagi, the region most affected by the 2011 disaster.

Tamada's professional debut as an actress occurred in January 2019 with a regular role in the TV drama My Uncle (Watashi no Ojisan). Since then, she has built a substantial career in television, with regular and guest appearances in numerous dramas. Her television credits include roles in series such as Aokun wa Yoroshiku, Blue Moment, and The Clinical Record of Asao Takumi. She also appeared in the 2025 NHK Taiga drama Unbound (Berabou). Beyond television, her work spans film, stage productions, and radio, and she has released multiple photo books. In June 2024, she received the E-Line Beautiful Award for 2024.
