William Christopher Stephens is an American actor and voice actor known for his work in both live-action productions and English-language dubs of animated series. He was born in Dayton, Ohio, and is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. Prior to pursuing his career in performance, he served in the United States Army and the Ohio National Guard, from which he received an honorable discharge.

Stephens's career in entertainment began in the early 2000s with his on-screen debut in the film Uninvited Guest, followed by appearances in a wide range of television series, including Traffic, House M.D., The Avengers, and The Strain. Over time, his focus shifted to include a significant body of voice acting work.

He is perhaps best recognized by animation fans for his roles in several high-profile Netflix anime series. In the 2021 series Yasuke, produced by MAPPA, he provided the voice for the character Achoja. That same year, he voiced the character Kismet in the English adaptation of the anime series Super Crooks. One of his most prominent roles came in 2022 when he was cast as Maine, a central character in the critically acclaimed Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.

Beyond these roles, his voice work extends to the video game industry. He has voiced characters in prominent game titles, including roles in Final Fantasy VII Remake and its sequel, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. His other voice credits include the character of the Puppet King in the horror game Dark Deception and the narrator for the documentary Going to Pot: The High & Low of It.
