Alfonso Herrera is a Mexican actor who has built a significant career in voice acting for animation and anime, primarily in Spanish-language dubbing. Born in Mexico City in 1983, Herrera first gained widespread fame as a teen idol through his roles in the telenovelas Clase 406 and Rebelde, as well as being a member of the internationally successful pop group RBD. Following the group's separation in 2009, he chose to focus on his acting career, which includes substantial work in television, film, and voice dubbing.

Herrera's most prominent and long-standing role in anime is providing the Spanish voice for the titular character, Baki Hanma, in the Netflix adaptation of the popular martial arts series.
