Hirotaka Kobayashi is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency MC Kikaku. He was born in Hyogo Prefecture and is a graduate of the Kobe Designer Academy, where he studied in the graphic design department.

Kobayashi is best known for his role as Mammon, the second-born avatar of greed, in the popular otome game and anime series Obey Me!. He voices the character across multiple adaptations, including the ONA series Obey Me! and Obey Me! The Anime Season 2. As a core member of the Obey Me! cast, he has performed a wide range of character songs for Mammon and, as part of the group Obey Me! Boys, has performed theme songs for the anime.
