Robin Rhodpa is an American voice actor known for work in English-language dubs of anime series and video games, primarily during the 2000s and early 2010s. Rhodpa's career is mainly associated with voice-over work for animation produced in Japan and localized for an English-speaking audience.

Rhodpa's portfolio includes a variety of roles across different anime series. One of the most prominent and enduring roles is providing the English voice for the character Hosen Ryofu in the long-running anime franchise Ikki Tousen. This character, a powerful and complex fighter from Rakuyo high school, was voiced by Rhodpa in multiple installments of the series, including the original 2003 television series and the later season Ikki Tousen: Great Guardians. Rhodpa is also credited under the name Zarah Little for some voice roles, including the part of Inspector Heinrich Lunge's daughter in the acclaimed series Monster.
