Hajime Iijima is a Japanese voice actor and narrator born on April 29, 1973, in Kanagawa Prefecture. He is currently affiliated with the talent management firm Office Osawa, having previously been associated with Office CHK. Before starting his voice acting career, Iijima gained experience as a member of an action team.

Iijima began his voice acting career in the late 1990s and has since built an extensive portfolio of roles across anime, video games, and foreign-language dubbing. He is known for his versatility, frequently portraying supporting characters ranging from comedic figures to authoritative personalities and villains. Among his most recognized anime roles are Gakushu in the long-running Ikki Tousen franchise, a part he has played across multiple series including Ikki Tousen, Ikki Tousen: Dragon Destiny, Ikki Tousen: Xtreme Xecutor, and Shin Ikki Tousen. He also voiced the character Shigorō Hikizuri in the 2023 horror anthology Junji Ito Maniac: Japanese Tales of the Macabre. In the 2006 series The Gargoyle of Yoshinaga House, he provided voices for multiple characters, including the roles of Durahan and Sublieutenant Avery. Another notable credit from the same period is the role of Robert in Project Blue Earth SOS.

Beyond the roles specified, Iijima's anime career includes a wide range of other performances. He has appeared in productions such as Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid as Spec, Chrome Shelled Regios as Gorneo Luckens, and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime as Enrio. He has also been a recurring presence in the Ultraman franchise, providing the voice for the character Father of Ultra in several recent series like Ultra Galaxy Fight: The Destined Crossroad.

His work is not limited to animation. Iijima is highly active in the field of dubbing, providing the Japanese voice for numerous actors in foreign films and television series. Notable examples include voicing John Deacon in Bohemian Rhapsody and The Organic Mechanic in Mad Max: Fury Road. He has also lent his voice to many video games, such as Dingodile in the Crash Bandicoot series and The Murray in the Sly Cooper games. In tokusatsu productions, he has voiced characters in the Kamen Rider and Super Sentai franchises.

In 2015, Iijima received a Special Jury Prize in the Shee! Contest, an event held on the official website of manga artist Fujio Akatsuka.
