Jorge Lucas, born Jorge Eduardo Lucas Costa on May 12, 1967, in Rio de Janeiro, is a Brazilian actor and voice actor with a career spanning over three decades. He initially pursued a path in the arts, attending a university for the arts before discovering that his distinctive voice could lead to professional opportunities in dubbing.

Lucas has built a prolific career lending his voice to a vast array of characters in anime, animation, and live-action dubbing. His film and television work in Brazilian Portuguese includes being the official dubbing voice for numerous Hollywood actors, such as Vin Diesel in the Fast & Furious franchise, Ben Affleck, Ben Stiller, Jamie Foxx, Don Cheadle, and Charlie Sheen in Two and a Half Men. He is also known for his long-standing role as the voice of Carl Carlson on The Simpsons.

In the realm of anime and animation, Lucas has an extensive portfolio. He voiced Isamu Tamaru, the loud but well-meaning neighbor in the Netflix original anime series Kotaro Lives Alone.
