Noriko Shibasaki is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Tokyo, born on September 14, 1991. She is affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion.
Her path to voice acting began with a long-standing interest in broadcasting. During her six years in her junior high and high school broadcasting club, she participated in and won awards at various competitions. After considering a career in narration while attending Joshibi University of Art and Design, she enrolled at the Amusement Media Academy in Tokyo to pursue voice acting professionally. She made her debut in 2013.
Shibasaki was initially affiliated with Ogipro The Next and worked as a freelancer before transferring to Mausu Promotion on February 1, 2023.
Shibasaki has built a diverse portfolio of roles across anime television, original net animations, and video games. In anime, she is known for her roles as Chisato Chikaishi in the Tsugumomo series and its sequel, Liliana S. B. Heiligh in Arifureta: From Commonplace to World's Strongest, and Ai in Aguu: Tensai Ningyō. She also voiced Furo and Moko in the original net animation Pokémon Generations.
A significant and ongoing role is that of Chiyuki Kuwayama in The Idolm@ster Shiny Colors, a spinoff of the larger Idolm@ster franchise. Chiyuki is a member of the unit Alstroemeria. As part of this role, Shibasaki has performed in several Alstroemeria singles, one of which charted in the Top 20 of the Oricon Singles Chart. She reprises the character in the 2024 anime adaptation.
Beyond her work with The Idolm@ster franchise, Shibasaki has also pursued a solo music career. She announced her solo debut in September 2020 and released her first mini-album, Follow My Heart, on January 20, 2021.
