Laura Oettel is a German voice actress and musician, born in Berlin in 1993. She began her career in the entertainment industry at a young age, participating in a televised singing contest in 2001. Before gaining prominence as a voice actress, she was also a member of a Berlin-based a cappella ensemble, where she sang soprano. Her early and extensive work in dubbing included providing the German voice for actress Evanna Lynch in the Harry Potter film series, a role that contributed significantly to her recognition.

She voices the character Karina Lyle, also known as the superhero Blue Rose, in the German dubbed version of Tiger & Bunny 2.
