Janice Kawaye is an American voice actress born on April 4, 1970, in Los Angeles, California. Born to Japanese parents, she is fluent in Japanese and has built a prolific career spanning from the 1980s to the present. Her work encompasses a wide range of roles in animation, anime, and video games, making her a recognizable talent in the voice acting industry.
Kawaye has lent her voice to a diverse array of characters in English adaptations of popular anime series. In the Detective Conan franchise, she voices Azusa Enomoto, a café worker, in the 2022 spin-off series Detective Conan: Zero's Tea Time. She also portrayed the character Kukuri Yukizome in the 2014 film K: Missing Kings and its associated series. In the fantasy series The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter, which premiered in 2021, she provided the voice for the character Olivia Servant.
