She trained at the renowned Paris drama school Cours Simon, which laid the foundation for a diverse career that spans theatre, where she has also worked as a playwright and director, as well as extensive voice-over work for film, television, and video games. Her voice is particularly familiar to French audiences through her regular dubbing of international stars such as Angelina Jolie, Sandra Bullock, and Tilda Swinton.

In the realm of anime, Cadol has contributed her voice to several notable films and series, lending her talents to productions from major studios like Studio Ghibli and MAPPA. She voiced the character Tenar in the 2006 Studio Ghibli film Tales from Earthsea.
