Sandra Jara is a Spanish actress known for her work in dubbing, primarily providing voices for anime and Western series in Spanish. She was born in Madrid and comes from a family with a strong tradition in dubbing, being the daughter of actress Amelia Jara and sister of actor Iván Jara. Her entry into the profession was facilitated by her mother, with her first significant role in a dubbing project being the film "Little Spies" in 1985.

Jara has built an extensive career voicing a wide array of characters in anime series and films. Some of her most recognized roles in this genre include Satsuki Kusakabe in "My Neighbor Totoro," Isami Hanaoka in "Soar High! Isami," and Maria Von Trapp in "Trapp Ikka Monogatari".
