Sandra Jara is a Spanish actress known for her work in dubbing, primarily providing voices for anime and Western series in Spanish. She was born in Madrid and comes from a family with a strong tradition in dubbing, being the daughter of actress Amelia Jara and sister of actor Iván Jara. Her entry into the profession was facilitated by her mother, with her first significant role in a dubbing project being the film "Little Spies" in 1985.

Jara has built an extensive career voicing a wide array of characters in anime series and films. Some of her most recognized roles in this genre include Satsuki Kusakabe in "My Neighbor Totoro," Isami Hanaoka in "Soar High! Isami," and Maria Von Trapp in "Trapp Ikka Monogatari". She also voiced Tika in "Majokko Tickle" and Sara Goodman in "Flint: The Time Detective". In more recent productions, she has taken on roles such as Menoa Bellucci in "Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna," Fine in the Netflix series "Vampire in the Garden," Gimon in "Over The Sky," and Kyoka Kagami in "Sword Gai: The Animation Part II". Her filmography also includes a multitude of voices for the long-running "Pokémon" franchise, portraying numerous characters across various series and movies. She has voiced Ritsuko Akagi in the Netflix Spanish dub of "Neon Genesis Evangelion".

In an interview, Jara expressed a particular fondness for her work in animation and with child characters, and she named the series "Roseanne" as a favorite project where she felt she grew significantly as an actress.
