Hiroki Aiba is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on October 1, 1987, in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. His career in entertainment began with a foundation in dance, having taken lessons at Star Light Studio in dance unit BRIGHTS. In 2004, he won a special jury award at the 16th Junon Superboy Contest, which served as a springboard into acting. He initially used the stage name Hiroki Aiba, written with different kanji (相葉 弘樹), before changing to his current stage name in 2011 when he transferred to the talent agency Top Coat. He has been affiliated with several agencies over the course of his career, including Avex Management, Top Coat, and Grand-Arts.

Aiba's acting career is extensive, particularly in stage musicals and television dramas, before he expanded into voice acting. He gained significant recognition for his long-running role as Shusuke Fuji in the musical adaptation of The Prince of Tennis, a part he played from 2005 to 2007 and again in 2008. He is also widely known for his leading television role as Ryunosuke Ikenami, the character Shinken Blue, in the 2009 Super Sentai series Samurai Sentai Shinkenger. His stage career is prolific, with major roles in productions such as Les Misérables as Enjolras, Pippin, Little Shop of Horrors, and Anastasia.

As a voice actor, Aiba has taken on several key anime roles. He voiced Kanata Irie in The New Prince of Tennis anime series in 2012. He later reprised this role for the 2022 series The Prince of Tennis II: U-17 World Cup and its sequel, The Prince of Tennis II: U-17 World Cup Semifinal. In 2013, he landed a lead role as Izuru Hitachi in the anime series Majestic Prince. He continued this role in the 2016 theatrical film, Majestic Prince -Genetic Awakening-. Another significant voice role is that of Vil Schoenheit in the popular mobile game Disney Twisted Wonderland, a part he has also voiced in the 2025 anime adaptation. His anime filmography also includes a guest role in the 2022 series The Greatest Demon Lord Is Reborn as a Typical Nobody.

A recurring aspect of Aiba's work is his long-term association with the Prince of Tennis franchise, having performed the character of Shusuke Fuji on stage for years and later voicing a different character, Kanata Irie, in the anime adaptations.

Among his notable achievements, Aiba was recognized early in his career with the special jury award at the Junon Superboy Contest. His voice acting work in Majestic Prince earned him fourth place in the male voice actor category at the Newtype Anime Awards in 2013.
