Rio Ogura is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on November 4, 2001, in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. Her name in Japanese is written as 小椋梨央.

Ogura's most prominent and debut role is as Ruli Tamaki in the 2021 hybrid live-action and anime television series Aikatsu! Planet. In the series, she portrays Ruli Tamaki, a fashion model whose avatar within the Aikatsu Planet world is also named Ruli. She reprised this role for the 2022 film adaptation, Gekijō-ban Aikatsu Planet!. Her performance as Ruli also features her singing on character songs for the franchise, including the opening theme "Bloomy＊Smile".

Following her work on Aikatsu! Planet, Ogura took on a recurring role as Yako in the 2022 live-action television drama series Tsuma, Shogakusei ni Naru (My Wife Becomes an Elementary School Student).
