Alex Villamar is a Mexican voice actor who has been active in the dubbing industry since 2015, lending his voice to a wide variety of characters in anime, films, and video games for the Latin American Spanish market. He is known for his versatile vocal range and has become a recognizable talent in anime dubbing in Mexico.

Villamar has built an extensive filmography with several prominent anime roles. He is the voice of the protagonist Yuu Izumi in the romantic comedy Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie. He also plays the lead role of the strategist Shiroe in Log Horizon: Destruction of the Round Table, the third season of the franchise. Another significant leading role is Naoto Hachiōji, commonly known as Senpai, in the popular series Don't Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro and its second season, Nagatoro 2nd Attack.

His other anime credits include Yoshiharu Ushimado in the water polo sports series RE-MAIN, Santarō Mita in the extreme baseball series Tribe Nine, and Eddy Edei in the workplace comedy Life Lessons with Uramichi-Oniisan. He also took over the role of Piodon as his second voice in the anime Radiant. Beyond the roles listed, his work encompasses a broad range of series, such as Yamaguchi in Haikyuu, Blade in Classroom For Heroes, Wald in A Journey Through Another World, and Ren Kaji in Wind Breaker. He has also been involved in major franchises, providing voices for the Latin American dubs of One Piece Film Red and Dan Da Dan.

He voiced the title character Leonardo in the 2023 film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem and played a Toad Guard in The Super Mario Bros. Movie.
