Giulio Bartolomei is an Italian voice actor known for his work in the dubbing of animated films and series, primarily for the Italian market. He comes from a family with deep roots in the dubbing industry; he is the younger brother of voice actress Vittoria Bartolomei, the nephew of dubbing assistant Antonella Bartolomei, and a cousin of voice actors Alessio Puccio, Veronica Puccio, and Lucrezia Marricchi.

Bartolomei's career is marked by a wide range of roles in animated features. He provided the Italian voice for the character Yuzuru Tachibana in the 2022 Netflix film Drifting Home. In the 2019 film Children of the Sea, he voiced the character Umi. He is also the Italian voice for Saotome in the film Colorful and for the young version of Shoya Ishida in A Silent Voice. His work extends to series as well, including voicing Seiji Hokuto in the Netflix animated series Ultraman.

Beyond these specific anime roles, his voice acting portfolio is extensive and includes prominent characters in major animated films.
